Cooking on the Farm - 

3 Class Series  

Thursdays, June 6th, 13th & 20th  4:30-5:30pm

Ages 4-9

*This is a drop-off class series.

Participants in this three class series will explore Kerber’s Farm, learning about our animals and then spend time cooking in our school kitchen.

The classes are only offered as a series of three. There will be no discounts or partial refunds if a class is missed.

June 6th  - Pigs & Pizza

  • The first class in the Cooking on the Farm series, will feature our pot-bellied pigs Holly and Poppy.  We will learn about their anatomy, dietary habits, and special characteristics.  We will feed them and then head back to the classroom to make a delicious cookie and candy pizza to take home!  

June 13th - Bunnies & Banana Bread

  • The second class in this series will include an in-depth look at our six RABBITS – all of whom are named after flowers!  We will learn about their special behaviors and feed them their favorite treats by hand.  Back in the classroom we will bake banana bread to take home!

June 20th - Birds & Bagels

  • The final class in our three-part series features our DUCKS and CHICKENS on Kerber’s Farm!  We will visit the chicken coop and duck house to learn about their habitats and to collect eggs.  Back in the classroom we will bake two ingredient bagels to taste and to take home!


$100.00 per student (discounted rate for three classes - usually $40 each)

Please arrive on time. Classes will begin promptly at 4:30 pm.

All classes require a minimum of 5 students. Registrations closes at 6pm the night before the class date.

No refunds, credits, or exchange of classes within one week of class date.
