Tuesday, November 9th 4:30-5:30pm
Just in time for Thanksgiving, students will investigate cranberries as they are introduced to a variety of science concepts and skills such as buoyancy, density, displacement, making predictions, and testing theories. They will use their developing engineering skills to build “cranberry cargo boats” and test the number of cranberries they can hold and transport. Students will build three dimensional shapes with cranberries and toothpicks and may even sample some of our famous Kerber’s Cranberry Compote!
Please arrive on time. Class will begin promptly at 4:30pm.
