Festive Farm Adventures - 

3 Class Series  

Tuesdays, December 5th, 12th & 19th  4:30-5:30pm

Ages 4-9

*This is a drop-off class series.

Participants in this three class series will explore winter at Kerber’s Farm, learning about our animals, making holiday crafts, and visiting our animal friends on the farm. 

The classes are only offered as a series of three. There will be no discounts or partial refunds if a class is missed.

December 5th  - Goats and Gumdrops

• The first in our new series, this class will feature our dwarf goat Daisy!  Participants will learn about the diet, anatomy, and special features of goats.  We will focus on goat’s unique balancing ability as we play games and build gumdrop three dimensional structures.  Students will take beautiful gumdrop crafts!

December 12th - Sheep and Santa's Workshop

• The second class in this series will include an in-depth look at our babydoll sheep Maggie & Willie.  Students will visit and feed our farm friends and learn about the wide range of products humans get from sheep.  Students will then head back to “Santa’s Workshop” to create a variety of beautiful ornaments to take home which will include natural items collected from the farm.

December 19th - Hens and Hot Cocoa

• The final class in our three-part series features the over 75 hens on Kerber’s Farm!  We will visit the chicken coop to feed the hens, collect eggs, and learn about how we prepare for winter on the farm.  Back in the cozy classroom we will sample our famous Kerber’s Farm hot cocoa as we get a lesson on solids, liquids and gasses!  Each participant will create and take home “Hot Cocoa in a Jar” which makes a lovely gift!

$100.00 per student (discounted rate for three classes - usually $40 each)

Please arrive on time. Classes will begin promptly at 4:30 pm.

All classes require a minimum of 5 students. Registrations closes at 6pm the night before the class date.

No refunds, credits, or exchange of classes within one week of class date.
